Returns & Refund Policy

At The Celestial Living, every product is carefully checked and packed before it leaves our hands. As our products are made and stocked in limited and exclusive quantities, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made through The Celestial Living are final sale.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Product colour or design preference

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Products that are no longer wanted

• Any other reason unrelated to damage or an issue caused during shipping/transit

Please review the product details, measurements, size charts, descriptions, and other information carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

For candles, apparel, or any other product, we may offer a replacement for the damaged item after reviewing the issue.

To request a replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Share your order number along with clear photographs/videos showing the damage.

• For shipping-related damage, please also share photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.

• Our team will review the claim and determine whether the damage qualifies for a replacement.

Please do not discard the product or its packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

3. Replacement for Clothing Sizes

We provide detailed size charts and product measurements for our apparel to help you select the appropriate size.

If you select the wrong size, the order will not automatically qualify for a replacement.

A size replacement may be considered only if:

• The requested replacement size is currently available in stock.

• The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The product is returned in its original packaging with all applicable tags intact.

• The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Since our apparel collections are produced in limited and exclusive quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size will be available.

If the requested size is out of stock, we will not be able to provide a replacement or refund.

4. Items Not Eligible for Replacement

Products may not be eligible for replacement if they have been:

• Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Damaged due to improper handling or care

• Returned without prior approval from The Celestial Living

• Received outside the applicable replacement period

• Purchased with an incorrect size selected by the customer when the required replacement size is unavailable

5. Replacement Process

Once your request and supporting photographs/videos have been reviewed and approved, we will communicate the next steps for the replacement.

Replacement availability is subject to product and size availability.

If the exact product or size is unavailable due to our limited-stock collections, a replacement may not be possible.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for orders once they have been successfully placed and processed.

If a product is confirmed to have been damaged during shipping or transit, our primary resolution will be a replacement, subject to availability.
