FAQs

How do I place, modify or cancel an order?

You can place your order directly through our website. For modifications or cancellations, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

What are your candles made of?

Our candles are made with 100% soy wax and carefully selected organic fragrance oils. They are vegan and cruelty-free, with conscious and sustainable packaging wherever possible.

How long do the candles burn & how do I care for them?

Burn time varies by candle size. For the best experience, trim the wick to about 5 mm before every burn, allow the first burn to melt evenly across the surface, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

What fabric, sizes and designs are available?

Our apparel is made using carefully selected, 100% french terry cotton and is available in multiple sizes. Each collection features original 'The Celestial Living' designs. Availability may vary by collection.

How should I care for my T-shirt?

Turn the T-shirt inside out and wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle. Avoid harsh detergents and bleach, and preferably air-dry it to preserve the print and fabric.

Do you accept custom, bulk or event orders?

Yes! We accept custom designs, bulk orders and event merchandise depending on the requirement and quantity. Get in touch with us to discuss your idea.

Where do you ship & how long does delivery take?

We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery details will be shared at checkout or after your order is confirmed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
